Basic Rental Guidelines are as follows:

4 hour rental for an event $900, includes 2 hours of setup on the day of the event. 

  • Bartender Fee $75
  • Security Deposit $375
  • Additional Time for an event $200 - $400 per hour depending on number of attendees.
  • Additional fees may apply for anyone charging to enter their event. 
  • You are responsible for cleanup after the event or pricing can be quoted prior to event.
  • Food staging space available, no cooking equipment provided.   If you need pricing for food, we can provide that upon request.
